Kramer Search Group works primarily with law firms and companies in the Washington, DC area. Within law firms, on the Legal Recruiting side they conduct local and nation-wide searches for associate attorneys, patent agents, and partners with portable business.

On the Legal Support side, they have a successful track record of recruiting and placing support staff such as: legal secretaries, paralegals, IT professionals, Intellectual Property specialists, librarians, marketing specialists, accounting specialists and human resource professionals.

They also conduct searches for companies, government integrators and defense contractors.
